This book reveals how to stay calm and be at peace even when life at school or work is stressing you out, you feel anxious about the future, or you have conflict in relationships with friends or family– God wants to be a place of refuge even amid chaos.
The mission study uses the book of Proverbs and “The Serenity Prayer” as a guide to help Christians find their way though anxiety, worry, and fear and move towards God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding.
